I wonder if those who named Hiro did this on purpose...?
I discovered it during a RP, where we were playing around with a human AU. I give the engines last names in my human AU, and I use either the name of where they were built or the last name or their designer (E.g. Arry Doncaster, Frank Muir-Hill...)... though I think Hiro's name might offend someone if I give him his designer's last name.
